You must arrive in Cape Town on March 29th (Day 0) or earlier to ensure you don't miss out on any of the amazing activities! The night at the private luxury villa in Cape Town for March 29-30 is included in the registration price. 

This bucket-list adventure kicks off the morning of March 30th with some morning yoga and a delicious breakfast at our private villa. On this first full day, we will visit the adorable penguins at Boulders Bay, drive along a scenic route with views of the magnificent ocean and surrounding mountains, and visit Cape Point to hike to the Cape of Good Hope, which is the southwestern most point of Africa. This day is sure to bring all the feels with the cute penguins and the majestic views. We will finish out this day with dinner at a local restaurant and a relaxing dip in the villa pool.

On Day 2 in Cape Town, we will wake up early to do a sunrise hike up Lion's Head. This hike has stunning views of Table Mountain and is an absolute must-do while in Cape Town. After the hike, we will return to the villa for showers and brunch, then head off to the wineries for a Segway tour and do a little shopping in the wine farm area of Franschhoek. We will have a relaxing dinner at the villa this evening with the opportunity for some yoga, a massage, and/or a swim. 

On our final full day in Cape Town, we will do all of the must sees of this amazing city, including a cable car up to the top of one of the 7 Wonders of Nature - Table Mountain. We will visit the colorful area of Bo-Kaap, and spend some time at the V&A Waterfront area to do some shopping and sightseeing. We will finish out our evening with a Farewell to Cape Town dinner at the Waterfront.

On Day 4 (April 2), we will say goodbye to Cape Town and board a flight to Hoedspruit to enter the Greater Kruger area (flight from CPT-HDS included in the registration fee). As soon as we touch down in Hoedspruit, be ready to be transported to a whole new world! We will immediately begin seeing animals along our drive to our luxury accommodations in the heart of the Greater Kruger National Park. Be on lookout for the Big 5 (elephants, lions, Cape buffalo, rhinos, and leopards) and so many more!

Upon arrival at our luxury safari camp (Motswari Private Game Reserve), we will be escorted to our beautiful huts that are fully equipped with gorgeous bathrooms, air conditioning, and all the comforts of home, as well as a view of passing by animals! Here we will receive all-inclusive treatment with morning and evening guided game drives by experts guides and trackers, breakfast, lunch, and dinner, as well as included beer and wine. Be prepared to be blown away at the hospitality and the up close animal sightings!

We will go on 8 game drives during our time in Kruger and prepare to be astonished by how close we get to the animals and view them in their natural habitat. This is not a zoo. This is the real deal with no fences! But not to worry, the expert guides and trackers will keep us safe in the safari jeeps and ensure that we have the best experience ever! On the morning drives we will enjoy coffee and tea out in the bush, and in the evenings we will have a "sundowner" which includes a beverage of your choice and snacks. 

Back at the lodge, we will have plenty of time to relax around the pool, play games, enjoy some beverages, and be treated to delicious meals all day long. The hospitality at Motswari is out of this world! 

Sadly, we will need to leave the safari camp on April 6 and return to Cape Town (flights from HDS-CPT including in registration fee) for our flights home or on to our next adventure. Includes 1 night lodging in Cape Town for the night of April 6-7 with airport transfers included. 

On April 7th, you will fly to Victoria Falls and be greeted at the airport by a local guide who will transport the group to the hotel. In the evening you will enjoy a beautiful sunset dinner cruise on the Zambezi River where you will spot crocs and hippos and maybe a passing by giraffe or elephant.

On April 8th, you will have a walking tour of Victoria Falls, viewing its majesty from multiple angles. You are sure to get a cooling, soaking spray from the Falls on the walk! You'll have some time in the afternoon to explore the shops and restaurants of Victoria Falls. In the evening, you will be treated to a Boma Drum dinner with local food and music and dancing. 

On April 9th, you will depart Victoria Falls and return to Cape Town for your flight home (or beyond!).

We will be doing two moderate-level hikes (2-3 miles each) in the Cape Town area. During our tours throughout Cape Town, we will be walking approximately 5 miles per day with multiple breaks. Guests should be in good physical health to fully enjoy this experience.
