Most people plan their vacations about 6-8 months in advance. Have you started planning your 2024 adventures? Where are you dreaming of going next year? Somewhere tropical? Somewhere exotic? Somewhere off the beaten path? We hope it’s somewhere adventurous, because adventure travel is what we love!

Chicas Abroad has launched five trips for 2024 so far, with more being finalized. Read on for all of the details of these amazing adventures!

Melanie used to be a chronic over-packer and always had to check a large bag, but after struggling with delayed/lost luggage on several trips, she is now a believer in only carry-ons!

Chicas Abroad has successfully taken women on trips across the globe since 2021 and now we're ready to step up our game.  We already have a lot planned for 2023, 2024, and 2025. And we have a new, beautiful, and vibrant logo!

According to a travel survey commissioned by luggage maker Victorinox, about 11% of Americans have never traveled outside of the state where they were born. Some 54% have visited 10 or fewer states, 13% have never flown on an airplane, and 40% have never left the country. These numbers both shock and sadden me. Americans have seen so little of this beautiful earth.

14 Chicas just returned from an epic trip to the Netherlands and Belgium where we did all the necessary tourist attractions and also got off the beaten path to truly enjoy the beautiful countryside. We rode bikes, visited museums, strolled through the tulip gardens, kayaked the canals, rode a horse tram, climbed a belfry, hiked through the bluebells and around castles, drank local beers, participated in a Belgian cooking class at our local guides’ home, and ate our fill of cheese, waffles, frites, and chocolate! This trip will be repeated April 10-17, 2025, so save the date!
