About this trip
Join us for a soul-stirring, laughter-filled journey through the majestic landscapes of Utah’s most iconic national parks. This 7-day all-women’s adventure is designed for bold spirits, nature lovers, and those craving connection—with the earth, with themselves, and with an incredible community of like-minded women.
From the wind-carved arches of Moab to the towering cliffs of Zion, the surreal hoodoos of Bryce Canyon, and the quiet magic of Capitol Reef, every day offers a new terrain to explore and a new story to write. We’ll hike sunrise trails, conquer adrenaline-pumping ATV rides, stargaze under some of the darkest skies in the country, and share unforgettable moments over campfires, canyon views, and shared achievements.
This journey is more than just a trip—it’s an invitation to step outside your comfort zone, breathe in the wild, and rediscover your strength, your joy, and your sense of adventure. Come as you are, leave forever changed.
Important Notes
Activity Level – Moderate to Hard
This trip is designed for women who enjoy staying active and exploring the outdoors at a moderate to adventurous pace. You can expect daily hikes ranging from 2 to 6 miles, some with elevation gain or uneven terrain, along with optional high-energy activities like ATV riding and river hikes. While no extreme athletic experience is required, a basic level of fitness and a sense of adventure will help you get the most out of the experience. We build in plenty of rest time, scenic breaks, and flexibility so you can challenge yourself while still feeling supported and energized throughout the journey.
Weather
In May, the weather across Moab, Zion, Bryce Canyon, and Capitol Reef is generally ideal for outdoor adventures—mild to warm during the day and cooler at night. Moab and Zion typically see daytime highs in the 70s to 80s°F (21–30°C), perfect for hiking and exploring, while evenings dip into the 50s°F (10–15°C). Bryce Canyon, being higher in elevation, is cooler with daytime highs in the 60s°F (15–20°C) and chilly nights that can drop into the 30s–40s°F (1–7°C). Capitol Reef offers a pleasant mix, with temperatures ranging from the 60s to low 80s°F (16–27°C). May is also a relatively dry month, though quick afternoon showers are possible—so layers and sun protection are key.

Hoodoos & Stargazing
We travel to Bryce Canyon today, where the landscape transforms again into a maze of crimson spires and delicate hoodoos that look like something from another planet. Our mid-morning hike is called the Figure 8 Trail and takes us down into the canyon’s amphitheater for a unique perspective on these towering formations. As we climb back up, we’ll reflect on how small we are in comparison to the ancient earth—and how strong we are to explore it. In the evening, we’ll wrap ourselves in warm layers and gather beneath one of the darkest skies in the country. With no city lights in sight, you’ll witness stars like you’ve never seen them before.

On our way back toward Salt Lake City, we’ll stop for a soak in natural hot springs—letting the warm waters ease tired muscles and seal in the serenity we’ve found together. This is more than a goodbye; it’s a celebration of your courage, your curiosity, and the beautiful connections formed through adventure.
