Important Notes
Activity Level – Easy – Moderate
We will be exploring many towns so make sure you bring comfortable shoes for walking. Other activities will include hiking, camel riding, and desert trekking. You should not need to train for this trip but just make sure you are fit enough to be able to walk for long durations through cities.
Weather
In November, Indonesia enjoys warm, tropical weather with daytime temperatures typically ranging from the mid-70s to mid-80s°F (24–30°C). This month falls in the shoulder season, meaning you’ll still have plenty of sunshine, balanced by occasional short rain showers—often in the late afternoon or evening—that help keep the landscapes lush and green. Humidity is present but manageable, especially in the cooler highland areas like Munduk, making November a beautiful time to experience both Bali and Komodo at a slightly slower, less crowded pace.
Are you ready to embark on a journey of a lifetime?

Ubud: The Center & Soul of Bali
Ubud is the heart of Bali’s spiritual and cultural life, where generations of healers once cultivated medicinal plants and passed down deep knowledge of natural wellness. Today, those same lush jungle landscapes surround temples, retreats, and quiet villages, creating a place that feels grounded, creative, and deeply connected to tradition. It’s an ideal introduction to Bali—calm yet alive, rooted in history but open to the present.
As you arrive, you’ll feel the shift in pace and energy that makes Ubud so special. This first day is about settling in, taking in the scenery, and beginning to connect with the island’s rhythm. Between nature, culture, and a subtle sense of adventure, Ubud sets the tone for a journey that balances restoration with exploration.
