Highlights
Activity Level: Easy to Moderate
This trip is designed for women with a moderate level of fitness who enjoy staying active while traveling. Hikes range from easy coastal walks to more challenging trails like Mount Finlayson, which involves some steep sections and uneven terrain but is well worth the panoramic views. Daily physical activity includes walking, hiking for 2–3 hours, and optional harbor strolls, all balanced with ample downtime for rest, reflection, or pampering. Participants should feel comfortable walking on varied terrain and being on their feet for portions of the day, but there’s no technical skill or advanced training required—just a spirit of adventure and a love for the outdoors.
Important Note: There are options to opt out of some or all of the hikes if you’d rather stay back at the hotel and enjoy Victoria. Choose your own adventure!
Weather
June in Victoria offers some of the most pleasant weather of the year, with mild temperatures, long daylight hours, and relatively low rainfall. Expect daytime highs around 18–22°C (64–72°F), with cooler mornings and evenings, especially near the coast. While the skies are often sunny or partly cloudy, it’s smart to pack a light rain jacket just in case of occasional showers. Layers are key—think breathable activewear for hikes and a cozy sweater or wrap for evening outings. The ocean breeze keeps things fresh, making it ideal weather for both outdoor adventure and relaxed exploration.
